YOUR MISSION

Join our team and become an integral part of Glovos Global Operations! We provide a dynamic and challenging environment filled with numerous opportunities for growth and development.

THE JOURNEY

• Define own and optimize how we compensate all the orders in Glovo in more than 20 countries.
• Understand and address local and regional needs by stepping into the shoes of the couriers and truly understanding their perspective.
• Manage dashboards and create new tools to improve the departments metric visibility.
• Develop analytical frameworks and models while effectively communicating with the entire department.
• Dive deep into data to identify key factors and actions to improve KPIs taking accountability for outcomes.
• Innovate to contribute to the ongoing improvement of courier profitability

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor in Engineering Math or any technological domain (tech bootcamps)
• Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
• Problemsolving skills: no problem is too small or too big
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Nice to have SQL and Python
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau Looker Data Studio & Qlikview is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
• Proactive organized and obsessed with details
