Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing our international social media presence across platforms (e.g. X/Twitter Discord Telegram Reddit LinkedIn Instagram)
- Create and localize engaging bilingual content (English & Chinese) tailored for different regions and platforms
- Monitor Web3 trends market narratives and online culture to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Engage with global community members respond to comments and messages and participate in online discussions
- Support planning and execution of social media campaigns and community activities
- Analyze performance metrics and assist in preparing regular reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing design product) to support broader growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong passion for crypto blockchain and Web3 culture
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is required
- Solid understanding of social platforms such as X/Twitter Discord Telegram Reddit etc.
- Good writing skills and creativity with content tailored for different audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with content tools like Canva CapCut or similar is a plus
- Previous experience in social media marketing or community roles is a bonus but not required
