An Employment Consultants Day involves:
- Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
- Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills abilities and secure employment
- Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients employers and stakeholders
- Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support services
- Creating tailoring and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey and into sustainable employment
- Building sustainable and longlasting relationships with local employers registered training organisations and community organisations
About You:
- Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Experience working in a performance driven environment

To be considered you must
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
