As senior member of the process and application industrializationteamyou willbepart of the teamresponsible for operations solutions developement sustaining and support activitiesfor our production lines.
The operations solutions team delivers softwaresolutionsused throughoutthemanufacturing organization targeting the industrialization and production management of HID products.
Those solutions are deployed across the globe at HID sites and also at suppliers and contract manufacturer production sites.
Those solutions cover all product lines (credentials tags readerscontrollerspanels tokens printersetc. and various aspectsof the production processes (like provisioning programming encoding labeling packaging reportinglifecycle &traceability management).

As our Staff Software Developer youll support HIDs successby:
- Develop and implement the industrialization of hardware products (Readers controllersetc.
- Develop and implement the industrialization of credential profiles.
- Shop floor process analysis Solution designimplementation documentation and testing.
- Machine Solution integration and deployment.
- Sustaining Activities.
- Level 2&3Support.
- Workwith engineering and technical supportto proactively implement industrial solutionsleveraginggenericplatform.
- Lead development projects.
- Participate tothe fulldesign/development/validation/documentation cycles.
- Identifysolutionscontributing to overall manufacturing process improvements.
- Migrate legacy tools and processes under standardized platforms.
- Maintain security standards for the site and products.
- Interact with local IT team to setup proper infrastructure.
- Comply with department overarching architecture and processes guidelines.
- Provide level 2& 3support to local manufacturingteam.
- Keep tight deadlines for software enhancements to match product development schedules.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What we will love about your background:
- Microsoft Visual Studiogit/bitbucket Jira/Confluence.
- Knowledge of electronic design & hardwareis appreciated.
- Knowledge of communication interfaces over JTAG SWD UART SPI I2C is appreciated.
- Knowledge in applied cryptography and key management is appreciated.
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM isappreciated.
- Knowledge of RFID industry standards such as ISO7816 ISO14443 ISO15693 is appreciated.
- Strong C# background 3years minimum) .Net HTML JSON XML etc.
YourExperienceand Education include:
- Bachelordegree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
- 10years experience with software and solution developments ideally used in industrial applications.
- Must demonstrate analytical critical thinkingandproblemsolvingskills
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
