Role Overview
Revinate is looking for an experienced Engineer to lead our Security Operations Function. As a Security Operation Engineer your responsibilities would span the entire organization with ownership of Security Operations processes and technologies. The Security Team works directly with our application development data engineering infrastructure Human Resources Teams and all business verticals to secure Revinates Employees Business Applications Data Technology Infrastructure and Physical Infrastructure.
What Youll Do
- Own and maintain Revinates Security Operations processes and technology footprint
- Investigate manage and resolve reported incidents and escalations across various channels
- Craft comprehensive incident reports and effectively communicate analysis results and escalations to key stakeholders
- Own and maintain day to day Security Operations (Monitoring Observability Triage Resolution Improvements Internal Investigations Incident Response Ownership/ Own and Execute internal and external PenTesting Annual NIST Evaluation Application Scans Participate in 24x7 Security Support
- Monitor Audit and harden existing infrastructure automation (event handling) code and process
- Oversee and drive a threat hunting program that proactively identifies and mitigates unknown or emerging threats using advanced tools and techniques
- Collaborate with global crossfunctional teams including Incident Management teams Public Policy Legal Product and Engineering to develop effective solutions
- Ensure security requirements and considerations are woven into the development of each system
- Automate Revinates security processes using AWS and GCP tools (others where applicable) as well as developing custom security automation
- Craft comprehensive incident reports and effectively communicate analysis results and escalations to key stakeholders
What Youll Bring
- 7 years of experience in Cyber Security
- 5 years of experience with Security Operations
- 3 years experience with CyberThreat Intelligence tools (i.e SentinelOne CrowdStrike)5 years of Cloud Infrastructure
- 3 years of GCP and AWS3 years of Security
- Technical Leadership/Project experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving
- The ability to communicate technical instructions to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Structure and maturity to Security Operations at Revinate
- Handson expertise in Cyber Security for our Cloud Infrastructure Telephony solutions Enterprise Integrations and Security Platforms and Tooling
- Subject Matter expertise on CNAPP SCA CSPM Monitoring/Observability SEIM/MDR Shared Nothing Architecture DAST SAST MPT WAF Encryption Threat Detection EngPoint Protection IAM Network Security (and working knowledge of related technology solutions)
- SIEM operations
- Data pipelines to SIEM
- Ingestion of various data sources to SIEM or other relevant systems
- EDR investigations and configuration
- Detections (Creation and Tuning)
- Automated Asset Management
- Coding skills such as Python
- JIRA automation

$140000 $160000 a year
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors including (but not limited to) the candidates experience qualifications and location.
