As an assistant teacher you will play a vital role in supporting our lead teachers and contributing to the overall success of our classrooms. Your passion for teaching patience and ability to connect with young children will make a significant impact on their learning experiences.
*Responsibilities:*
Collaborate with lead teachers to implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Assist in supervising and actively engaging with children during classroom activities
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social emotional and cognitive growth
Support lead teachers in maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
Assist with daily routines including snack time nap time and outdoor play
Provide individual attention and support to children as needed
Communicate effectively with parents staff and management
Participate in team meetings training sessions and professional development activities
*Requirements:*
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with young children in a daycare preschool or educational setting preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development and ageappropriate teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic classroom environment
Reliable and punctual attendance
Genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
