Job Description
- Salary: $55900 $69998 (prorata) Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
- Permanent Parttime positions available
- Lead Support Worker Support Worker positions available
Lead Support Worker Roster 72 hours per fortnight
Support Worker Rosters 72 hoursper fortnight / 64 hoursper fortnight / 56.5 hours per fortnight
We are looking for a Lead Support Worker Support Workersto work at our Mosman Park Supported Accommodation house to support adults with disabilities and often complex challenging behaviours.
About the Support Worker role:
- Support our customers in all aspects of daily life including; maintaining their home facilitating and attending outings and medical appointments personal hygiene and support with daily activities whilst always demonstrating dignity and respect for our customers.
- Communicate and engage with the customer in a relevant and meaningful way.
- Transport participants travelling to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles.
- Ensure all supports and services provided are accurately documented and accounted for through timesheets case notes incident reporting etc.
We are looking for:
- People who are available MondaySunday for our supported accommodation houses
- Can demonstrate a commitment to an inclusive and personcentred environment
- Previous experience working with people with a range of disabilities
- Can adapt to working in a persons home and contribute to a positive environment
- Solid understanding of active support
