Occupancy Specialist Hartford CT
Imagineers LLC is a highly regarded Property Management Company in Hartford. We manage over 200 Condominium Associations and Rental Properties throughout the State of Connecticut as well as manage the Housing Choice Voucher program for numerous housing authorities including the City of Hartford. We are a familyoriented company and our roots date back to 1973.
Our Housing Program Management Division which administers rental payment programs for various communities in CT is seeking qualified applicants for the Occupancy Specialist position. This position routinely interviews clients performs eligibility determinations preps contracts and lease agreements maintains an accurate record keeping system and effectively provides assistance between landlords and tenants. Candidate will maintain a caseload of ongoing eligibility certifications. Candidate is also responsible for daytoday program functions.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- At least two years of undergraduate course work (bachelors degree preferred)
- Two years experience in public housing Section 8 counseling case management apartment management eligibility and/or social work or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication organizational and computer skills.
- Quick learner who works well independently takes initiative is a self starter responsible reliable and mature
- Proper phone etiquette
- Must be bilingual Spanish and English
