What you will do
You will be working with the Customer Success and Product Development teams to bring our customers data into our SaaS product IQA. As a Data Analytics Engineer you will be responsible for the preparation and integration of customer data for proofofvalue projects and continuous usage you will:
- Analyze understand and preprocess customer data (manufacturing process data)
- Develop scalable data processing functions and workflows for customer onboarding
- Analyze customer usage data to better understand the interaction of our customers with our software
- Interact with our customers to gather data understand requirements and plan for continuous data ingestion
- Simulate manufacturing process data for our customer demo
What we expect from you
- Coding experience with Python including scientific computing and analysis packages (e.g. pandas NumPy)
- Experience with data analysis processing and transformation databases data pipelines (knowledge of ERP systems or IIoT platforms is a plus)
- Enthusiasm to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our digital solution IQA
- High levels of organizational skills ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Machine Learning or related technical fields
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1
- Some knowledge of manufacturing processes is a bonus
- If you choose to work remotely: Residence within Germany and willing to travel to Cologne (by train) from time to time for inperson workshops or team events
