SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Medical Scheduler to join our healthcare team. In this role you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments managing provider calendars verifying insurance and ensuring seamless communication between patients providers and staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE STAFF TRAINER:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: One year experience working front office in a medical setting
Desired Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of SBNC payers
Knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong Criticalthinking skills
Strong enthusiasm and willingness to pitch in
Good organizational skills
Functions well in a highstress environment
Fluent in Spanish and English
Physical Demands: May be required to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Sitting in normal seated position for extended periods. Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction. Finger dexterity is required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hand(s) or arm(s) for example using a keyboard.

Salary Range: $23.00 $25.00
