1800GOTJUNK part of O2E Brands is hiring happy hardworking individuals to join our 250 Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.
- Hiring Immediately for May 9th
- FullTime Work 5 days at 8.5 hours between 10 AM 8:30 PM MDT
- Get an extended health benefits package after a 3month probation period
- Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0minute commute
- Earn $16.50 hourly plus commission avg $200800 a month
A Day in the Life
- Answer incoming calls and provide a worldclass experience for our customers
- You receive inbound calls only there are no outbound cold calls in this role
- Sell the magic of 1800GOTJUNK by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
- Customers call in for various reasons such as inquiring about our services they have junk to remove and want to see if we service their area if and when we can take it away and often ask about pricing. In these instances you will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items.
- All new agents must be available to start on May 9th
- You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success
- After the 3 weeks each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you and help you learn and grow
What You Bring to the Table
You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in AB.
- Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 8:00 AM and 4.30 PM MondayFriday MDT.
- A very friendly telephone mannerism strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home quick & reliable internet connection and a good personal computer with min 8GB memory
- Experience with sales customer service hospitality retail call center or other relevant experience is a plus!
- A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required
