We are dedicated to providing topnotch fitness experiences that cater to all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Were looking for passionate and skilled Mat Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic team and help our members achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead group Mat Pilates classes in an engaging and professional manner.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate all fitness levels.
- Educate clients on proper form alignment and breathing techniques.
- Maintain a positive motivating and inclusive class environment.
- Ensure client safety by monitoring movements and providing corrective feedback.
- Foster a strong community by building relationships with clients.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Mat Pilates from a recognized organization.
- Previous experience teaching group classes preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy alignment and movement principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels.
- Reliable punctual and professional demeanor.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
