HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Support Specialist Customer Service Rep your day begins in our corporate office where you manage incoming and outgoing calls ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. You greet visitors keep the office organized and support various administrative tasks like sorting mail preparing meeting rooms and handling willcall documents. Throughout the day you assist with scheduling updating records and monitoring project completion. You also process monthly tenant invoices support marketing initiatives and help streamline operations for maximum efficiency. Whether youre handling a timesensitive phone call or assisting with office supply management you are the goto person for keeping everything running smoothly.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
This is a fulltime position based at our corporate office in Beaverton OR. Youll work Monday through Friday 40 hours per week) with the flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet business needs. Our main office phone hours are 10 AM to 4 PM. The workweek runs from Saturday to Friday. We maintain a welcoming and collaborative office environment which includes a dogfriendly workplace. Employees are welcome to bring their wellbehaved dogs to work so applicants with dog allergies should consider this when applying.
