Summary:
The purpose of this job is to assist with the scheduling and onboarding process of all new hires. Will be responsible for all onboarding post signed offer letters including background check health clearance new hire paperwork and creation of employee files. This individual will also assist recruiters in the interview scheduling process.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new hire onboarding background checks health clearance and new hire paperwork.
2. Schedules onsite interviews.
3. Coordinates credentialing of new hires and/or Provider credentialing process.
4. Creates new hire files and may assist with maintaining open role report.
5. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Information:
Required: Detail oriented multitasking strong communication proficient in Excel flexibilty.
Minimum Experience: three years
Desired: Degree or experience in HR and/or a recruitment function.
Working Conditions:
Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity
Occupational: Little or no potential for occupational risk
Physical Effort: Sedentary/light effort. May exert up to 10 lbs. force
