Are you ready to use your passion and skills to truly make a difference in the lives of children Were looking for a Full Time/Part TimePediatric SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant missiondriven team!

Youll work with a variety of speech language and communication needsempowering children to find their voices and reach their full potential.

SpeechLanguage Pathologist Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of childrens speech language cognitive and swallowing abilities.
  • Identifying speech language and swallowing disorders in children as well as any developmental delays.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans to improve childrens ability to speak understand language and engage in social communication.
  • Addressing challenges related to speech clarity language expression and social interaction.
  • Assisting children with communication needs resulting from speech delays autism or other developmental disorders.
  • Providing interventions for swallowing difficulties to ensure safe eating and drinking.
  • Collaborating with teachers families and multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive treatment plan.
  • Educating families and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home and school.
  • Participating in schoolbased or B3 team meetings to develop therapy goals and review progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assessments treatments and progress.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist
  • CFY not available at this time
