About the role
As a Senior Manager within the Strategy & Transformation team you will be responsible for driving the of the organizations most critical strategic initiatives. In this role you will support the development of comprehensive business strategies provide strategic insights through advanced data analysis and collaborate closely with senior leadership to influence decisionmaking at the highest levels. You will manage the of strategic priorities across the Americas region ensuring alignment with longterm business objectives and value creation. Additionally you guide other team members overseeing their contribution to market analysis financial modeling and project management efforts. This role will report directly to the Head of Strategy & Transformation and contribute to shaping the organizations strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Insights:
Lead comprehensive market research and indepth analysis of industry trends competitors and emerging opportunities driving strategic planning for the Americas region.
Oversee the synthesis of business performance data KPIs and competitive analysis providing senior leadership with actionable insights to enhance business performance.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports translating complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for executives and boardlevel presentations.
Financial Strategy & Advanced Modeling:
Lead financial analysis to guide strategic investment decisions and evaluate business scenarios ensuring the alignment of initiatives with financial goals.
Create and refine advanced financial models to assess risk forecast performance and evaluate the longterm impact of strategic initiatives.
Provide guidance on costbenefit analysis and resource allocation to ensure sound financial strategies.
CrossFunctional Leadership & Executive Collaboration:
Partner with finance marketing operations and other crossfunctional teams to align strategy with operational and ensure seamless implementation of strategic projects.
Serve as a strategic advisor collaborating with senior leaders to align corporate goals with functional priorities and supporting decisionmaking with deep market and financial insights.
Lead the preparation of strategic materials for executive meetings board presentations and other highstakes discussions.
Strategic Initiative Ownership & Project Management:
Take ownership of key strategic initiatives leading the endtoend and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage project timelines risks and resources ensuring the timely delivery of strategic projects with a focus on driving value realization.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of initiatives risks and key outcomes ensuring transparency and accountability.
Team Leadership & Development:
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
Provide thought leadership developing best practices in strategic planning analysis and project within the Strategy & Transformation function.
About you
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or related field.
58 years of experience in strategy consulting corporate strategy or related roles with a proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis financial modeling and market research tools (Excel SQL Bloomberg Nielsen etc..
Strong strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a proven ability to present complex insights to senior stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and influencing executive leadership.
Demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple highpriority projects simultaneously.
Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau PowerBI) and familiarity with largescale data management.
