Salary: Management Band 4 starting at $100231 $125289 annually
Location: Flexible within British Columbia with a designated CLBC office as your primary location (hybrid)

About the Opportunity:
CLBC is seeking an Manager Organizational Development and Change to lead strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness support change initiatives and strengthen alignment between People and Culture programs and strategic goals. Reporting to the Director People Development this role plays a central part in helping CLBC adapt to evolving needs while fostering a highperforming inclusive and engaged workplace culture.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration strategic thinking and building systems that enable people and teams to do their best work. Youll lead a small team partner across departments and drive initiatives that support growth resilience and continuous improvement.
