HVAC Project Manager: Responsible for overall success of turnkey mechanical and building automation system projects. Will coordinate project activities while serving as the single point of contact as the construction manager between Boland and client throughout the duration of the project. Will effectively manage project safety schedule cost scope quality and client relationships. Will execute project scope on time under budget and to client satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
Creates and executes project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns responsibilities.
Manages daytoday operational aspects of projects and scope.
Reviews deliverables prepared by Team before transmitting to Client.
Prepares for project progress reviews.
Minimizes Company exposure and risk on projects.
Monitors project labor hours and expenses on a regular basis.
Identifies business development and add on sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project and possible leads for future projects.
Facilitates Team and Client meetings effectively and hold regular status meetings with project team.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Manages daytoday Client interactions and expectations.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in technical construction management or business field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 5 years of experience within building automation controls general mechanical contracting or construction management preferred general HVAC knowledge
Must have a valid drivers license
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Procore experience PMP certified is strongly preferred
Proficient with the MS Office Suite; including MS Project
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills proactive strong time management skills organized
Physical Requirements:
Mobility within the office and job sites
Willing to travel locally as required
Frequent visits to job sites and able to climb ladders
Ability to lift 25 pounds on an occasional basis
