Location Bracknell
This role is shift based
Shift based engineer providing 24x7x365 support for gateway sensor and DHCP technologies. Responsible for technical oversight and guidance of shift technicians managing security enforcing devices support and resolution of complex faults and liaising with Third Line for escalations.

Your role
Your role will involve provision of 24x7x365 support for gateway sensor and DHCP technologies. This includes providing technical oversight guidance and expertise for the shifts technicians who are responsible for daytoday management of the SOCs security enforcing devices both in and outside normal working hours. This involves support and resolution of complex faults liaising with the Third Line team for escalations and feedback and covering the responsibilities of the shifts technicians where required.
