Job Description
AsSr. Asset Management Administrator I youll be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of organizational assets ensuring accurate tracking reporting and compliance across hardware and software inventories. Youll also support procurement deployment and disposal processes while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity.

What youll do:
- You will manage the endtoend lifecycle of IT and physical assets from acquisition to disposal.
- You will maintain accurate asset inventories and ensure data integrity within asset management systems.
- You will coordinate with procurement to track asset purchases and cost allocations.
- You will monitor compliance with asset management policies licensing agreements and audit requirements.
- You will analyze asset data to identify trends optimize usage and support budgeting decisions.
- You will facilitate asset audits and physical inventory checks to validate records and resolve discrepancies.
- You will collaborate with IT security and operations teams to ensure effective deployment and return of assets.
What youll need to succeed:
- You have an active Secret Security Clearance or higher
- You have a bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management including procurement tracking and disposal.
- You have proficiency in using asset management systems and tools such as ServiceNow Remedy or similar platforms.
- You have the ability to develop and maintain accurate asset inventories reports and compliance documentation.
- You have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when managing hardware and software assets.
- You must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

If a projected salary range is posted for this position it represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MetroStars total compensation.
Additional Compensation: This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
