Were helping a wellestablished commercial HVAC and mechanical services provider find a sales representative in San Diego. They are known for delivering reliable solutions with a personal touch. From preventive maintenance to emergency repairs we partner with clients across various industries to keep their systems running efficiently and were growing fast.
Youll be one of the faces of our service team working closely with building owners facility managers and decisionmakers to provide proactive HVAC service plans tailored to their needs.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and industrial clients
Uncover opportunities through prospecting referrals and territory development
Conduct walkthroughs and site visits to assess HVAC system conditions
Propose customized maintenance agreements and solutions
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure high client satisfaction
Consistently hit or exceed your monthly and annual sales goals
2 years in B2B HVAC service sales (mechanical services a strong plus)
A deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service contract structures
Excellent communication followup and negotiation skills
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Experience in refrigeration service sales (HVACR)
Established network in property management manufacturing or healthcare sectors
Competitive base salary 90130K uncapped commissions
