The Role
- Lead and manage highvalue family law matters involvingfinancial remedies private children cases and international elements
- Provide expert legal advice toHNW and UHNW clients often with complex asset structures
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and support the mentoring of junior solicitors
- Play a key role in driving the firms growth and profile in the family law market
The Person
- A senior family solicitor or partner withat least 7 PQE
- Strong background incomplex financial remedy work
- Experience advising HNW clients on sensitive and highprofile matters
- A modest client following is ideal but not essential
- Commercially minded collaborative and looking forlongterm career alignmentwith a leading firm
