Job Description
Shipping receiving and parts inventory duties include but not limited to the following.
$17$20/hour
- Help load and unload truck deliveries.
- Check in sort and stage ordered parts for delivery put away parts orders daily including tires stock parts and special ordered customer parts.
- Maintain proper bin locations for all parts.
- Help to keep the parts department neat clean and organized.
- Complete cycle counts on a regular basis as scheduled by Parts Manager.
- Backup delivery driver as required to deliver/pickup parts to/from surrounding areas.
- Manage vendor returns warranty returns and core inventory regularly.
- Assist in all aspects of parts department operations as requested.
Qualifications:
- Requires ability to secure parts in a timely manner.
- Work under time deadlines and maintain a friendly attitude at all times.
- Current valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record is required.
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and handle large items with limited assistance.
- Previous parts experience* preferred. Dealership experience* preferred. *Will train the right person!
- Excellent organizational and teamworkskills.
