- Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
- Maintaining the highest food quality standards for our guests through pursuing excellence in cooking and assembling our handcrafted products
- Working with speed and efficiency to serve our guests and be a good steward of your time
- Maintaining a clean work environment for the safety of your fellow team members and our guests
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and spirit of teamwork
- Being a person of integrity by being timely and reliable in showing up for scheduled shifts prepared to serve our guests and your team members
- Demonstrating care for our guests and your fellow team members
- Have a competitive spirit and be motivated by continued growth and team success
