Job Description
Your Mission:
As a Senior Residence Manager youll be the heartbeat of our missionoverseeing daytoday operations empowering your team and ensuring quality services that truly make a difference. Youll be a mentor a leader and a champion for positive change all while building relationships that last a lifetime.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and support the operations of assigned residential sites with care and precision.
- Provide topnotch supervision and training to clinical staff Residence Managers & Direct Support Professionals.
- Ensure homes and records shine by meeting agency State and Federal standards.
- Be a force of positivity and progress in our community!
What You Bring:
- A Bachelors degree in education social work psychology rehabilitation or a related human services field. Exceptional candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
- At least three years of experience working with developmental disabilities with two in a supervisory role.
- A passion for making a difference and the skills to lead others in doing the same.
