Responsibilites:

*Candidate needs strong Accounting Skills and Excel experience.

  • Enter and Review Payroll employee data.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of Weekly and Monthly payroll cycles.
  • Process Tax Deposits and 401K Contributions.
  • Maintain records for Vacations and Paid Time Off.
  • Process Employee Benefits Enrollment and Payroll Deductions.
  • Experience with various Government Programs FMLA PFML L&I Claims Garnishments.
  • Various accounting tasks as requested.
  • Assist with end of month processes.
  • Account and schedule reconciliations statement balancing.
  • Fill in as necessary for cashier receptionist assist with supervision of same.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for team player.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • 2 years of Accounting Payroll/HR Experience
  • 10 Keykey boarding excellence.
  • Dealership experience preferred but open to other backgrounds
  • Preemployment drug screen.
  • Willing to work 10:30am to 7:00pm shift and possible weekends.
