Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a committed and experienced TGT English Teacher for its Ambernath location. This is a fulltime midlevel role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of English language teaching and be capable of employing diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a TGT English Teacher with a minimum of 4 years in the field of education.
- Strong command over English both verbal and written to effectively communicate and impart education.
- Familiarity with the latest teaching aids and classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment.
- Capability to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students from various backgrounds and abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of curriculum design and standards in English language education for secondary school students.
- Proven ability to assess student performance provide constructive feedback and implement improvement strategies.
- Experience integrating technology into teaching methodologies to enhance students learning experiences.
- Must be skilled in collaboration with colleagues parents and the wider educational community for holistic student development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive English language lesson plans that correspond to the schools curriculum guidelines.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and materials aiming to engage students and promote educational excellence.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities in line with curriculum goals and assessment standards.
- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning encouraging student participation and enthusiasm.
- Evaluate and document student progress and performance developing individualized strategies to address strengths and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with current trends in education by participating in professional development activities and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the educational environment and address schoolwide initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with students parents and staff members to foster a supportive learning environment.
