Job Description
ITU AbsorbTech is hiring aRoute Managerto join our team in Titusville PA.
In this role you will:
- Interact with customers and Service and Sales team
- Observe analyze and coach subordinates performance and behavior through evaluation rides and coaching sessions to meet or exceed performance goals and fully develop their skill sets.
- Responsible for achieving revenue growth targets through sales and retention.
- Communicate effectively with customers to be able to differentiate ITU AbsorbTech from the competition.
- Manage new product trials with target accounts and existing customers
- Effectively secure new service agreements and service agreement renewals.
- 5060 of the week is spent on the road with the team and covering on route when needed.
Schedule:6am start start time may vary. Availability to work between 6am5pm as flexibility is needed. Monday through Friday no weekends no holidays. Overnight route as needed.
Pay: $48000$53000 depending on experience opportunity for bonuses.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma and 35 years experience or equivalent work experience and a clean driving record are required. Experience in distribution and customer service in a businesstobusiness environment preferred. Must have good written and verbal communication skills organizational skills problem solving skills and must be flexible. Ability to obtain DOT med card.

ITU AbsorbTech was founded in 1908 as an industrial laundry company. Now based in New Berlin WI its one of the oldest familyowned industrial laundries in the country. We have 15 facilities across the eastern US servicing thousands of manufacturers by providing reusable uniforms mops towels and mats. Since the mid1990s weve been the top choice in environmental services by offering launderable absorbents replacing disposable products. Each year we recover over 200000 gallons of oil and solvents from our customers used products.
