Job Description
Duties performed:
- Assist with daily production
- Prioritize work cell production for the week
- Troubleshoot work cell issues
- Inventory counts and investigations
- Training of new processes and products within the work cells
- Support safety initiatives
Level of knowledge skills and ability:
- Basic knowledge of Word Excel Access and databases
- Intermediate level knowledge of Malcos policies procedures and Employee Reference Book
- Basic level knowledge on the ERP operating software (Oracle)
- Intermediate level knowledge on company safety procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Good problemsolving skills
- Ability to effectively train associates on their responsibilities regarding department processes and department metrics
- Good prioritization and organizational skills
Formal education includes:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year production experience and/or 23 years of related team leadership experience.
- CPR/First Aid Certifications
Wage:
- $21.49 28.20 dependent upon experience
