You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSeattle Public Utilities (SPU) is seeking a Workforce Facilities Strategic Advisor 2 in the Workforce Facilities Planning and Management Section in the Logistics Division of theDrainage and Wastewater Line of Business.This position serves as a key advisor on Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) workforce facilities and is responsible for developing implementing and managing a new building electrification program and leading portfoliolevel capital planning for workforce facilities improvements and renewals. The advisor will work closely with internal teams across SPU to create program and planning strategies that align with existing mayoral executive orders and SPUs policies and plans.

Experience:Minimum of five 5of professional experience in facilities management building electrification master planning program management policy development infrastructure planning environmental policy or related field. Seven years of relevant experience may be substituted if no degree.
Education:ABachelors Degree inPublic Administration Project Management Engineering Environmental Studies or related field.
Experience and Education Equivalency:Combinations of appropriate education training certification and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability to the minimum education and experience requirements.
License:At the time of appointment must hold a validWashington State Driver License.

Workplace Environment:This position requires the selected candidate to work five 5 days inoffice.Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor. Work site is primarily office with occasional trips into the field or for offsite meetings.
The full salary range for this position is $54.60 $81.93 per hour.
