YOUR MISSION

Youll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our courier operations across Italy. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations youll work at the intersection of data analysis fraud prevention and courier experience building the processes and insights that keep our platform safe efficient and human.

THE JOURNEY

• Analyze operational data and build dashboards that give realtime visibility on courier compliance and performance KPIs.
• Run audits and monitor courier behavior to flag potential issues and prevent fraud or platform misuse.
• Be a point of contact for Glovers supporting them on topics like app functionality payments and compliancerelated matters.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve processes and implement scalable datadriven solutions.
• Own and manage reporting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) for all key compliance and courier support processes.
• Think beyond the basics: bring creative ideas to the table that can become gamechanging improvements for courier experience and operational excellence.
• Combine daily with a strategic longterm view youre here to build not just maintain.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• A strong academic background in a quantitative field (Engineering Economics Mathematics Statistics or similar).
• At least 1 years of experience in highdemand roles (consulting ops tech finance investment banking etc..
• Proactive autonomous and driven you dont wait for instructions you make things happen.
• Passionate about problemsolving and data digging into root causes is your thing.
• Youre empathetic inclusive and handson: you understand both systems and people.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills and confident working with data sets to extract insights and build reports.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
