Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Holiday Inn Boston Bunker Hill Area inSomerville MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through proactive sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Hotel sales or similar preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales databases
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
