Position Summary
Leads and coordinates the activities of employees.
Responsibilities
- Leads the activities of employees; provides assistance to workers engaged in maintenance activities; troubleshoots workerand maintenance problems and recommends solutions. Engages in interactive communication. Trains workers in productionmethods operation of equipment safety procedures and company policies. Monitors comprehension and retrains as necessary.
- Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at worksite. Works overtime as assigned.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment returns all tools after use to proper storage location and performs routinehousekeeping (i.e.: cleaning organizing). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafeworking conditions and notifies supervisor.
- Performs preventative maintenance to forms throughout the plant and building; oils lubricates and inspects equipmentduring preventative maintenance; utilizes software to maintain records on maintenance performed; performs mechanical repairs asneeded.
- Coordinates work scope and monitors of outside third party vendors.
- Examines and inspects work progress and equipment to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met. Advisessupervisor of equipment needing attention.
- Records information such as personnel production and operational data on specified forms and reports.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems including installations troubleshooting repair and maintenance.
- Experience with low voltage equipment controls electrical wiring troubleshooting maintenance and repairs.
- Leadership experience coaching training and development of others on the maintenance team.

Qualifications
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated supervisory and manufacturing experience. Other desired qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Preferred Experience: Between 2and 5years.
- Ability to utilize basic tools to perform routine maintenance.
- Knowledge of Crane and Hydraulics maintenance.
- Previous supervisory experience.
