Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Computer Teacher to join the Podar Education Network in Belagavi. This is a fulltime juniorlevel position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Computer Teacher you will be responsible for imparting computer and technology knowledge to students utilizing a range of teaching methods to engage and develop their skills. The ideal candidate must have expertise in various programming languages and educational software as well as the ability to create a stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA) is mandatory (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in Python programming with experience in using it for educational purposes.
- Understanding of JavaScript for implementing interactive webbased assignments and projects.
- Competency in using HTML and CSS for creating and teaching responsive designs.
- Experience with Google Classroom for managing the virtual learning environment effectively.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite to prepare teaching materials and presentations.
- Ability to use video editing software to create and modify instructional videos.
- Graduate from a recognized university with a degree in education or related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging computer science lessons to students using varied instructional techniques.
- Create and administer assessments to gauge student progress and understanding.
- Develop lesson plans that adhere to the educational standards and curriculum.
- Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide support and guidance to students to encourage academic development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and promptly communicate with parents.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in educational technology and methodologies.
- Participate in school events meetings and professional development initiatives.
