Location: Richmond VA (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $150000 $185000 (Willing to Pay More for the Right Candidate)

Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead largescale data center electrical projects from start to finish. This role covers estimating budgeting onsite supervision and client management.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead electrical construction for data centers
- Manage budgeting estimating scheduling and
- Oversee onsite teams subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure quality safety and compliance
- Be the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Handle billing forecasting and collections
- Conduct site visits to track progress and solve issues early
- Mentor project managers and senior trade professionals
What You Bring:
- 10 years in electrical construction project management
- Strong data center or missioncritical experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License OR relevant degree
- Ability to read & interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Experience with project management & estimating software
- Strong leadership communication and organization skills
- OSHA 30 (or willing to obtain within a year)
