The Bar Back safely and efficiently ensures bar is properly stockedbarware is clean and generally supports the smooth and efficient behindthescenes operation of the bar for the bartender. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock bottles beverages ice and supplies needed during service

• Wash and restock barware/glasses

• Remove dirty dishes glasses and silverware place in respective trays

• Prepare bar for service wipe clean refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift

• Fill condiment containers ice other bar/table supplies

• Perform opening and closing work as requested

• Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals

Skills Required:

• Provide high level customer service communicate effectively with guests and team members follow instructions ability to learn quickly pay attention to detail and maintain composure when working under pressure

Experience / Education:

• Previous experience and TIPS certification preferred

Physical Demands:

• This is a physically demanding job that requires extended periods of walking and standing with some bending and lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable eligible employees to perform the essential functions.
