Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Florida. This role will develop maintain and coordinateintegrated master plans and schedules to support program objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program scheduling earned value management (EVM) and risk analysis within the aerospace and defense industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules to align with program objectives.
- Ensure crossfunctional integration of schedules across finance engineering materials manufacturing and quality teams.
- Track program plans schedules and performance identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Perform risk analysis and schedule variance assessments to support decisionmaking.
- To monitor program progress utilize Gantt charts PERT milestone tracking earned value management (EVM) and other project management tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management Earned Value Management (EVM) Business Cost and/or Finance OR Masters degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in scheduling and program planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain special program access.
- Aerospace/Defense industry experience.
- Strong Excel Macro/VBA skills.
- Experience working in Microsoft Project Server environment.
- Familiarity with Deltek Cobra Deltek Acumen Risk and DCMA health metrics.
- Strong schedule management and MS Project expertise.
