As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Securities Services Product Development Fund Accounting team you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work closely with technology operations product and sometimes clients to develop strategic products for the business. You will play a key role in requirement gathering and analysis contributing to the development of marketleading products that enhance client satisfaction and support sustainable business growth.
Job responsibilities
- Partner closely with Securities Services teams clients and internal business partners to support and grow our product offerings.
- Engage in the design and implementation of Fund Accounting Product Development strategic roadmap.
- Provide project management of various new and ongoing projects including the identification analysis and solutions required.
- Communicate progress of the projects to senior stakeholders in the organization and to keep team members and leadership apprised of progress challenges and escalations as required.
- Facilitate the delivery of robust scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet clients needs.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current operational models and associated priorities for change and strategic planning.
- Build a working relationship with the business and other stakeholders across multiple lines of business providing thought leadership developing options and recommendations.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product development or a relevant domain area
- Strong analytical skills able to translate complex issues and other input into actions.
- Program management experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong skills strategic thinking and accountability to drive and implement development.
- Strong independent contributor comfortable working in a selfdirected mode on multiple assignments.
- Strong written and presentation skills and willing to constructively challenge where required and work collaboratively with partners.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Visio and Project.
- Clientfacing experience is an asset.
- Experience working with technology and operations teams.
