About the Team:
As a Marketing Trainee youll embark on a 12month journey exploring different areas of marketingfrom internal communications to product marketing and event marketing. Working within a multinational environment and focusing on the European market youll gain handson experience develop critical skills and play a key role in shaping our partner and event marketing efforts. What you can look forward to as Marketing Trainee:
Internal Communication: Assist in developing organizing and distributing internalcommunication materials; support the of the teams Change Management Strategy.
Intranet Management: Manage the marketing teams presence on the intranet ensuringupdates are current and engaging.
Content Creation: Write articles and create teamfocused content for the intranet to fosterengagement and communication.
Product Marketing Support: Collaborate on projects including resource creation campaignexecution and product collateral development.
Resource Organization: Organize and catalog existing and new sales resources as well asproduct documentation for internal and external audiences.
Event Support: Assist in planning and of events including preparation of marketingmaterials and postevent communication.
Your Profile as Marketing Trainee:
Education: Recent graduate in Marketing Communications Business or a related a student available for fulltime work.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Polish is optional. Proficiency in anotherEuropean language is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint; experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills attention to detail creativityand a proactive approach to learning.
Attitude: Openminded eager to learn and adaptable to working in a fastpaced international environment.
Other: Interest in digital marketing and technology with an enthusiasm for gaining diversemarketing experience.
