To qualify for this position applicants must demonstrate ALL of the following KSAs:
Experience developing and refining policies publications speeches and reports with a high degree of clarity accuracy and strategic alignment.
Experience convening crosssector experts and facilitating collaborative decisionmaking managing complex projects supporting IT needs and translating outcomes into actionable plans and written deliverables.
Experience communicating complex and technical information across a range of audiences including executive leadership legislative and judicial stakeholders and frontline staff.
Experience applying statistical and analytical methodologies to inform policy decisions and evaluate initiatives.
Experience leading largescale multiagency initiatives with statewide impact ensuring alignment with strategic goals and sustained outcomes.Management Preferences: These skills are not required but managers may choose to interview/select applicants who demonstrate Management Preferences.
Experience referencing numerous resources and conducting data analysis to provide precise informed policy and research analysis.
Working knowledge of North Carolinas human resources administration and fiscal policies and practices including purchasing budgeting and accounting.Comprehensive knowledge of North Carolinas juvenile justice initiatives and systems including facility operations court services community programs and administrative infrastructure.
