NOW HIRING: PartTime Swim Coach No Experience Needed!
Location: Big Blue Swim School Gilbert AZ
Pay: Starting at $16/hr $17/hr on Saturdays & Sundays)
Schedule:
Tuesdays: 3:15 PM 8:00 PM
Thursdays: 3:15 PM 8:00 PM
Sundays: 9:45 AM 3:15 PM
Optional weekday/weekend shifts available!
Jump into something BIG no swim background required!
At Big Blue Swim School were all about making wavesfor our students and our team. Were on the lookout for energetic confident peopleloving parttime coaches who are ready to create big moments with little swimmers (and grownup ones too)!
We teach babies starting at 3 months old all the way up to adults and we train you completely inhouse. All you need to bring is leadership energy great vibes and a love for kids!
What Youll Be Doing:
Coaching swim lessons in the water (yep youll be in the pool!
Teaching everyone from babies to adults using our proven curriculum
Creating a safe supportive and super fun learning environment
Helping maintain a clean organized facility
Being a team playerjumping in (sometimes literally! wherever needed
Were Looking for Coaches Who:
Are natural leaders who can command a room (or a pool!
Love kids and enjoy the beautiful chaos that comes with them
Arent afraid to be silly sing songs or act out a shark game
Are reliableOur attendance policy is strict because kids count on consistency
Are comfortable moving lifting and being on your feet (or in the water!
Can commit to 1 year with us
Are at least 18 years old
Bonus Points: We love working with folks who have experience as nannies daycare pros camp counselors or teachersanyone whos used to wrangling giggles goldfish snacks and group learning with a smile!
