DevOps Engineer

Minitab is seeking a talented and motivatedDevOps Engineer to play a critical role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background excellent problemsolving abilities and a passion for innovation in a collaborative fastpaced environment. Youll be instrumental in driving the technology that supports our mission of empowering businesses worldwide to make better datadriven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using industrystandard tools.

• Maintain and support environments critical to product development ensuring they are stable scalable and aligned with continuous integration and delivery practices.

• Participate in an oncall rotation to manage urgent infrastructure issues and ensure high system reliability.

Change Management & Support

• Manage and execute change requests related to settings permissions and components across various systems and environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructurerelated issues with minimal disruption to service.

• Document procedures for handling support requests and issue resolutions.

Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate status updates clearly and effectively within the team and across departments.

• Participate in code reviews providing and integrating constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery of team commitments.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay up to date with emerging tools technologies and best practices in the DevOps field.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve infrastructure and deployment processes.

• Apply new learnings to enhance scalability security and efficiency across systems.
