Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) focusing on internal communications training support and employee engagement initiatives.
Work under general supervision while providing personal admin services and assistance.
Exercise discretion and judgment on occasion and provide courteous responsive and accurate information.
Were looking for a Training and Support Analyst based in Bonn Germany.
Internal Communications Support
Manage and update internal communication platforms (SharePoint Teams etc. to ensure effective dissemination of information.
Develop and distribute internal newsletters announcements and strategic communications ensuring consistency across all channels.
Collaborate within BIT and other departments to ensure communication tools are effective and uptodate and train employees on their use.
Collaborate with product teams to create and maintain comprehensive training materials for the product portfolio ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Support Product Managers to conduct training sessions and webinars for region/countries focusing on new capabilities to enhance digital customer experience.
Support for Employee Engagement Initiatives
Assist in the of the employee engagement strategy including team meetings recognition programs employee surveys (EOS) team huddles learning sessions and town halls.
Help coordinate team events (e.g. workshops town halls) to enhance relationships and improve team dynamics.
Assist in managing onboarding processes to effectively integrate new employees ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
General Admin Support
Coordinate and manage calendars scheduling meetings and appointments.
Organize travel arrangements including booking flights accommodation and transportation.
Prepare and process expense reports and other administrative documents.
Assist in the planning and of company events and meetings.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and in SharePoint and Teams.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information to support decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
Initiative proactiveness and a strong sense of responsibility.
Energy stress tolerance and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Discretion and accuracy in handling confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Commitment to excellence in a crossregional environment effectively managing tasks across different time zones.
