Sales Negotiator

9am 5:30pm Mon Thu 9am 5pm Fri and Saturdays 1 in 3 9am 1pm with each two Saturdays earning 1 day off during the week. Our client a well established estate agency in Cherfield are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. Duties: Register applicants and match buyers to properties.
Arrange and attend viewings.
Supervision of an effective applicant database ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective buyers and a ensure robust followup process is in place.
Achieve preagreed targets.
Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
Communicate with vendors with regards to marketing feedback viewings and hot prospects put forward offers from buyers and agree terms with clients.
Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals instructions viewing and sales.
Generate leads and referrals for financial services.
Generate leads and referrals for conveyancing.
Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
Canvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.
Ensure all sales fall in line with the latest housing legislation.
Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
Efficient diary management.
Correctly record all messages viewings and appointments.
Produce activity reports as required.
Bring complaints to the attention of your Line Manager immediately.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and customers.
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a firstclass level of customer service at all times.
Ensure that you are fully aware of and comply with all regulations for General Data Protection & Anti Money Laundering.
Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your Line Manager.
Inform your Line Manager of ideas which may improve performance and efficiency.
From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you.
Main Objectives: To achieve goals and targets preagreed with your line manager operating to the standards required by the company.
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public.
Maximise opportunities for viewings sales market appraisals and instructions.
Operate an effective diary system to ensure all Vendors and Purchase enquires are booked in and an appropriate time set aside.
Seek to increase office market share and generally promote brand awareness .
Build and maintain excellent working relationships.
To operate with the confines of the latest housing legislation.
To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies.
The candidate should have: - Previous estate agent sales negotiator experience (min 1 year)
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Motivated and keen to succeed
