Our inclusive and ambitious school in Hackney is seeking a dedicated English Teacher who is looking to develop their career and take on additional responsibility. This role offers the potential for a TLR for a candidate who is committed to excellence and wants to contribute to the leadership of the English department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and wellstructured English lessons across Key Stages 34 (and potentially KS5.
- Inspire students to achieve their full potential in English language and literature.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of student progress.
- TLR opportunities may be available in areas such as mentoring data analysis or leading specific projects within the department.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to leadership (for TLR consideration).
