Account Manager
What youll do:
Develop strategies & lead activities to grow Autoliv sales & profitability within the Toyota/Mazda/Subaru Business Unit:
- Provide customer insights: Collecting and analyzing data to offer actionable insights and guide decisionmaking.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize business potential
- Lead quotation activities for identified new business opportunities
- Work with PM/PFT to develop & execute profitability IPs for launch projects
- Work with BSG to manage all aspects of financial planning / performance i.e. Income statement improvement follow up payment process issues customer funding for development / tooling costs etc.
- High attention to detail with accuracy & logic to ensure alignment of historical quotation submissions on both regional & global levels.
- Liaison with global colleagues especially Japan
- High flexibility in supporting global & regional activities including travel & virtual meetings
- Strong oral & written communication presentation negotiation strategic planning & relationship building skills
What is required:
- Bachelors Business or Engineering preferred
- 5 years of automotive experience
- Financial Acumen
- Japanese OEM experience
- Japanese Language & Safety Product Knowledge are a plus
- Must adopt and promote streamlined processes to align daily activities with the broader Autoliv goals
- This individual will need to adapt quickly to change to achieve Autolivs strategic objectives
