Job Description

We are currently looking for Germanspeaking Customer Support Agents to join our clients dynamic team in Malta! This is a fulltime opportunity with no phone calls just written communication via email and content moderation all in a hybrid setup that gives you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home on the island.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent youll be an essential part of a team that actively works to prevent scams fraud and cyber grooming across online platforms. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing usergenerated content on various digital marketplaces

  • Responding to customer questions complaints and reports via email

  • Ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and countryspecific laws

  • Helping foster a safer and more respectful online community

You dont need previous experience we value your attention to detail strong decisionmaking skills and your ability to read and write in German fluently with basic to conversational English skills.

The role involves rotational morning and late shifts (no night shifts) and we offer a hybrid setup with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Malta.
