To #makesocialbetter we are looking to gather a talent pool of talented Social Media Moderator and Community Managers Greek to work across two clients; one in Gaming and one in Finance.
What youll be doing
As a Community Manager youd be responding to complaints queries and engaging with the online audience on behalf of our clients across a variety of social media channels. Youll be a master of context as you skilfully address these customer inquiries and comments ensuring each interaction is timely professional and resonates with the brands tone of voice.
Youll also be a Moderator ensuring a welcoming and judgementfree zone where consumers feel safe and respected ensuring the social feeds remain open and inclusive spaces. Youll be reviewing strong graphic images and written content that violates the guidelines of the community. Youll be also escalating content that falls within escalation processes (e.g.. child safety threats).
In this role you will be an essential part of our team connecting with the brands audiences for the Greek markets.
Working Hours
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends to cover all project hours.
Project hours can vary but for this work it would be highly likely to work up to 3 to 6 hours per week with additional hours possibly available for those with strong English language skills.
In addition you must be available across both weekend days.
At times the times may change and the amount of hours you will be required to work may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the projects.

Requirements
Excellent Greek language knowledge: As youll be posting messages in social media its a must to have superb writing skill in the Italian language.
Advanced English language skills: As youll be working with a variety of teams and people all of our training and communication is in the English language.
Background experience: either engagement social customer care and/or community management either with a brand or digital agency.
Social Media knowledge: Experience in using either Facebook Twitter Instagram Pinterest TikTok LinkedIn and/or YouTube and understanding their audiences in addition to staying on top of the latest trends.
A confidence with digital technology as youll be using a range of tech tools e.g. Sprinklr Social Sprout etc in addition to any internal tech tools e.g availability scheduling tools Google Chat etc
A selfmotivated social media expert who thrives in a remote environment has a structured approach to work and the ability to maintain productivity and efficiency while working from home.
IT Policy
We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy which means to carry out this work your PC will need to meet the following requirements:
- Operating system Windows 10 64bits or higher (Windows 11 is recommended as support for Windows 10 will end in October 2025 / MAC OS X version 13 (Ventura) or higher.
- Any processor that supports Windows 11 (support for Windows 10 will end in October 2025. This isnt relevant if youre running Windows 11 or a supported MacOS version as per the above line.
- At least 8GB RAM 16GB recommended)
- A secure homebased broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload are recommended).
- 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
- A Webcam and headset
- Android or iOS device for 2FA
- Chromebook Linux and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you want to run a local VM (virtual machine) you need to send us your computer specs and explain how you intend to do this.
Please Note: It is essential to have all IT requirements to carry out this work.
