Job Description

Tasks
- Invoicing (check/prepare/ inc. daily contacts with local shipping agents
- Dunning
- Preparation of monthly overviews for clients and brokers
- Supporting operations team
- Administration / office management
Requirements
- Highest level of secondary vovational education
- Education preferably in accounting and/ or substantial working experience
- 3 years relevant working experience with invoicing preferably within the shipping sector
- Hands on mentality
- Accurate way of working
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Team oriented
- Fluent Dutch & English language (oral/written)
