Job Description

Our client is a fastgrowing company in the iGaming industry dedicated to delivering toptier player experiences through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies. They are now looking for a Danishspeaking CRM Manager to join their team in Copenhagen and take their customer relationship management to the next level!

Tasks

As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns ensuring toptier customer engagement retention and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to create personalized datadriven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

Plan implement and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.
Create personalized campaigns using email SMS push notifications and inplatform messaging.
Analyze customer data & behavior using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing product and data teams to ensure seamless of CRM initiatives.
Monitor key KPIs track campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone compliance regulations and responsible gaming guidelines.
A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value.

Requirements

Fluent Danish speaker with strong proficiency in English.
2 years of CRM experience preferably within iGaming ecommerce or digital marketing.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools & automation platforms.
Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies.
Experience working with customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus!
